  • aircraft and spacecraft parts
  • parts of gas turbine engines
  • components for motor vehicles and automobile sport

Corrosive biocompatible material. Due to its high hardness, this alloy is used for the manufacturing of dentures, prostheses and hip or knee implants.

Material properties:
  • high hardness
  • corrosion resistance
  • biocompatibility
  • high strength
Main manufacturing applications:
  • orthopedic and dental implants
  • medical devices for fixing fractures
  • nozzles of gas turbines
  • instruments for control, measurement and automation
  • tools and instruments for the oil and gas industry

AISI 316L stainless steel alloy is the most common material for 3D printing used for manufacturing various products with complex geometry, with internal cavities and conforming cooling channels. It is applied to a wide range of issues in various industries, corrosion-resistant, shows rather high strength and endurance.

Material properties:
  • high strength
  • corrosion resistance
  • high hardness
  • resistance to wear
Main manufacturing applications:
  • engine, machine and machinery parts
  • aircraft and spacecraft parts
  • components for motor vehicles and automobile sport
  • instruments for control, measurement and automation
  • molds for pressure casting of plastics
  • elements of decorative design

Suitable for dispersion strengthening, this nickel-chromium alloy with niobium doping, which, in combination with molybdenum, provides improved strength without any additional thermal treatment. The range of operational temperatures of Inconel 625 heat-resistant alloy – from cryogenic temperatures up to 980 °C. The alloy can withstand aggressive corrosive environment and is particularly resistant to spot and crevice corrosion. Additionally, it withstands gas corrosion in high temperatures, shows high manufacturability, including weldability.

Material properties:
  • high mechanical strength
  • corrosion resistance
  • high manufacturability
  • acid resistance
  • remarkable weldability
Main manufacturing applications:
  • heat protection screens
  • furnace equipment
  • heat-resistant lining of combustion chambers and burners
  • channels of gas turbine engines
  • equipment for chemical plants
  • special equipment of sea platforms and marine vessels
Industries:

A nickel-chromium alloy with substantial amount of iron, niobium and molybdenum along with smaller quantities of aluminum and titanium, suitable for dispersion strengthening. This heat-resistant alloy combines resistance to corrosion and high strength, remarkable weldability and tolerance to formation of after-welding cracks. The alloy shows excellent durable strength at temperatures up to 700 °C and, currently, remains an important material for the most components of aviation motors with operational temperature under 650 °C.

Material properties:
  • high mechanical strength at temperatures of up to 700 °С
  • corrosion resistance
  • remarkable weldability
Main manufacturing applications:
  • parts of aircraft/spacecraft engines and hulls
  • instruments for control, measurement and automation
  • gas turbine components
  • oil and gas rigging
  • pump wheels for operating at high temperatures
